Oneday is a London-based technology-enabled university that awards accredited degrees to students by guiding them through the process of actually building businesses. Unlike traditional business education, which teaches entrepreneurship through textbooks and essays, Oneday pairs structured learning with live venture building — students earn MBA credits by launching real companies under the guidance of experienced entrepreneur mentors.

The platform was founded on the observation that existing higher education fails aspiring founders: business schools are expensive and slow, accelerators are selective, and most professors have never started a company themselves. Oneday set out to build an entirely new category of practical, mentor-led entrepreneurship education accessible to anyone regardless of background, gender or ethnicity. More than half of Oneday's founders are women and 56% are from ethnic minority backgrounds.

At the core of the Oneday model is a proprietary AI-powered platform that helps founders validate ideas, run business experiments across product, marketing and finance, and generate early revenue faster than traditional mentorship alone allows. AI-driven chatbots handle day-to-day student questions, while an AI execution engine synthesises thousands of hours of mentor calls into personalised, context-aware guidance that adapts each week to a founder's progress and business data.

Oneday has raised funding from Ananda Venture Partners, BrightEye Ventures, Flint Capital, Outward Capital, Sparkmind VC and, most recently, a £3m growth debt facility from Flashpoint. It has successfully expanded into the United States and is building toward a model that combines the credential legitimacy of a university with the execution speed and data infrastructure of a technology company.
