Salary Finance is an employee financial wellbeing platform that partners with employers to give workers access to salary-linked benefits, including loans, advances, savings and financial education products designed to be repaid through payroll deductions.

The company has reached more than 15 million employees across the UK and US, originated over £1 billion in payroll-linked employee loans, and operates in three countries with a team of around 400 people. It was ranked the UK's 19th fastest-growing tech company in the Deloitte Fast 50 and Europe's 44th in the FT 1000.

Founded in 2015 by Asesh Sarkar, Daniel Shakhani and Dan Cobley at Blenheim Chalcot's West London venture builder, Salary Finance has raised over £100 million in equity from investors including Legal & General, Goldman Sachs, Experian and Blenheim Chalcot, with debt funding facilities from JP Morgan, Virgin Money and Community Investment Management.
