We meet on Wednesdays at 11AM in Greenwich Park-- blending movement, mindful connection and a love for sipping whilst we stroll. We move, sip, vent, laugh, and build friendships that actually feel good. It’s a space for real conversations, genuine support, new mama friends and a true sense of belonging.
