Before joining Isometric, Ola held engineering leadership roles at Shopify, Onfido, and Pollen, co-founded Django Girls, a global nonprofit that has introduced tens of thousands of women to programming, and was named a Python Software Foundation Fellow for her contributions to the Python community.
