• Creating bespoke regimes that fit the client's needs, preferences, and explain how the products work.
• Responding to customer questions
• Drive sales to reach targets, always trying to cross-sell and up-sell when possible
• Planning and taking part in store events
• Maintaining attractive displays and managing inventory.
• Work closely with retail team to optimize in-store space opportunities.
• Handling administrative and clerical duties, such as ordering stock and maintaining customer relationships through follow-up calls and mails
