Clinical Operations Manager

• Leading a 20+ person team you will be responsible for building and managing the clinical operations side of the business. This is a new area to the business and so you will play a key role in scoping how the clinicians will be integrated into the existing business from a customer perspective including communications channels, scheduling, follow ups etc.
  

• You will be responsible for setting the gold standard on how clinicians work with customers driving efficiencies and making the process as seamless as possible.
