Customer Success Associate

The Role

• Reporting to our Head of Customer Success, you'll build relationships with our customers, enabling them to launch, run, and close their SPVs with Odin
• You'll maintain customer relationships by actively supporting queries, responding to requests, reviewing legal documents, and reconciling payments
• You'll drive growth and increase loyalty by ensuring everyone has an excellent experience using our products
• You'll drive engagement by speaking to customers and getting feedback on how we can improve our product
• By working closely with the product and engineering team, you'll ensure valuable customer feedback is acted upon and turned into product improvements
