The role will be a “player-manager role”, involving securing and working with key customers, as well as managing team members and setting culture. As a product-focused organisation, we will expect you to focus on coming up with ways to improve our customer experience without significantly increasing headcount - through close work with the product team and by leveraging tools like content and email.
