FP&A Lead

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will own the annual budget cycle and forecasting, providing financial insights to be used in decision-making and planning. You will also contribute to monthly reporting and be an effective business partner

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the financial model and make continuous improvements to reflect the latest business strategy
• Own the annual budgeting process and continuous forecasting
• Monthly reporting of actuals vs. budget/ forecast and clear articulation of variances
• Provide commercial insights to Finance team and wider business
• Feed into the monthly management accounts, with particular focus on KPI reporting
• Work with the FD on ICARA documentation; in particular stress testing and scenario analysis and also on quarterly regulatory reporting
• Business partner with department leads- to provide supportive insight to stakeholders
• Use automation where possible and explore use of FP&A tools
• Opportunity to get involved in broader Finance tasks and involvement in strategic projects
