Head of Strategy & Operations-HealthTech

• You will be in charge of building and managing high performing teams across the business.
• You will play a key role in setting and monitoring KPI's and OKR's and ultimately setting the operational drumbeat of the business.
• You will be obsessed with operational efficiency and will be tasked with helping the business to run as effectively as possible from internal systems through to the customer journey.
• You will work across teams working closely with commercial, product and finance to deliver best in class experience for their customers.
• You will work closely with the founder on strategic business projects that will lead to growth and expansion.
