Lead Product Manager

• Reporting to our CEO, you'll take ownership of our product roadmap and be responsible for delivering features and products that serve and delight our customers
• Using best practices and the latest techniques, you'll define our processes and be responsible for prioritising the features that our customers need
• We'll empower you to own Product at Odin. You'll work across our two squads to ensure products are built to scale and at speed with the quality our customers expect when using our products
• You'll speak to customers to uncover their needs and understand their experiences; you'll ensure their feedback and input are incorporated into the product strategy
• Fostering and facilitating relationships with other teams will be a default. You'll collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Design, and Engineering to ensure we're providing a best-in-class experience and sticking to our word by delivering when we say we will
