Operations Director

You will be working very closely with the experienced founding team of Asad Hamir & Zahid Khimji.

You will own the definition, set up and rollout of processes and ensure operational excellence (stock system, customer journeys and processes, international expansion, leads generation & CRM, knowledge management, new business units processes, ect.).

You will set the rhythm of the team, leading standup, driving momentum and implementing robust structure/operating rhythm to transition the business from startup to scaleup.
