People Operations Lead

In this newly created fixed term senior people role, you’ll be an integral part of creating and executing the world class people experience at Primary Bid. You’ll have the opportunity to help execute on several critical people projects.

We’re looking for a true generalist, ideally someone who is immediately or almost immediately available with significant project management skills to lead on our compensation, performance and progression projects specifically, but also input into our department objective of creating a world class people service.

The ideal candidate will have worked in a regulated Fin-tech business and have extensive experience building and managing people services in a fast paced multi-disciplined global scale-up environment.

You must be extremely organised, have built out processes, systems and services within a scaling company. An integral part of this role is people interaction, so your influencing and stakeholder management skills should be outstanding.
