Performance Marketing Manager

We're working with a high-growth eCommerce scale-up that's looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join the team on a 12 month fixed term contract.

• Lead on the day-to-day management, campaign planning & ad builds for all Paid Social channels
• Support with analysing and reporting on campaign performance
• Drive ongoing creative and copy processes, including briefing, regular reporting and sharing of insights
• Manage and coach a direct report
• Brainstorm new audience and creative ideas
• Run and implement feed-based ads with team support using 3rd party tool
• Support with strategy and cross-functional projects to drive growth
• Use data to drive decision-making
• Collaborate with external partners including platform experts and agencies to drive success
