• You’ll get to know NALA customers, building empathy and a deep understanding of their needs
• You’ll be using your full range of Product Design skills to discover, design and deliver simple, beautifully crafted experiences that customers love
• Work on existing projects: NALA for Consumer, international remittances, multiple currency wallet management, managing beneficiaries etc.
• You'll spend time collecting feedback from customers and re-iterating designs till we feel we are happy with the customer experience.
• You’ll be influential with increasing customer-centricity, creativity, and design quality.
