Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:

1. Be the mastermind behind our 12-week programme, making it even more awesome and effective.
2. Set clear expectations and exciting milestones with the founders of our participating start-ups.
3. Collaborate with our technical partners to turbocharge the development of Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) for our ambitious start-ups.
4. Motivate, guide, and cheerlead our programme participants to keep them on the path to success.
5. Assemble a dream team of Associates who will join forces with you to deliver an unforgettable programme experience.
6. Co-ordinate training materials and engage in uplifting one-on-one sessions with the founders to unlock the maximum potential of each start-up.
7. Ensure our start-ups keep the excitement going by providing weekly/monthly updates.
8. Identify any start-ups that may need an extra boost and craft a customized training plan to help them catch up.
9. Collaborate with our Dojo mentors to expand and enrich our pool of mentors who will bring a wealth of wisdom to our start-ups.
10. Show us your sponsorship wizardry by securing amazing opportunities for the Showcase Day, the grand finale of our programme.
11. Build strong relationships with top-notch third-party suppliers and partners who will provide invaluable support to our start-ups while keeping an eye on the budget.
12. Extract golden nuggets of information from our mentors about the start-ups and use this knowledge to power impactful one-on-one sessions.
13. Encourage our Associates to produce the Weekly Feedback Survey and gather valuable insights to help us improve.
