Senior Strategy Associate-online marketplace

• You will work on a number of ad-hoc strategic projects working closely with the SLT with projects spanning across the business units.
• You will also be responsible for ensuring that there is an alignment between strategy and how the business operates including setting OKR's, regular check in with team heads etc to ensure that targets are being met.
• Innovation and growth. You will play a key role in setting up and launching new business lines or propositions from initial brainstorming through to launch phase.
• General reporting. You will be a go-to for research and insights on the industry as well as helping t prepare info for board or investor meetings.
