As the PIC (Person In Control), the Shift Operations Manager will have ultimate operational, H&S and site management responsibility, coordinating and managing across Depot, Despatch, CX, Collections and facilities. At any given time there will be between 25-50 people on site at our depot, and the Shift Operations Manager will support the Managers/Supervisors to keep these people safe and working effectively while on shift (working 4-on-4-off). They will also work closely with the Network and People Ops teams to ensure delivery of the operational resource plan and execution across various functions and teams.
