Bae HQ: Mentorships

We're proud to launch Bae HQ: Mentorships aimed at early stage startup founders from the Asian community who would love some guidance from someone further ahead than them.

Our target is 35 mentor/mentee matches with a 10-week program starting in September 2024.

During this time, you will have one half-hour call with your mentor every two weeks and work toward a goal that you outline before the process starts.

There will be additional group calls and a wrap up event where you can meet other mentors and mentees on the program.

Eligibility

• You must not have raised venture capital funding yet.
• You must registered as a director for the company in Companies House.
• You must be UK-based and identify at least partially as being of Asian heritage.
• You must be a member of The Bae HQ community (it's free).
• You must respect your mentor's boundaries and time!

Assessments and matchmaking will be done by the team. If we find overwhelming demand, we may attempt to increase the number of mentors.

Timelines:

• Applications Open: June 3rd 2024
• Applications Close: June 30th 2024
• Final Allocation: July 27th 2024
• Mentorship starts: September 2nd 2024
• Mentorship ends: November 8th 2024
