Abhik Ghosh

Abhik Ghosh is co-founder and CEO of Trampoline, a cross-border B2B home décor brand connecting independent global retailers with Indian manufacturers. He brings over a decade of e-commerce and marketplace experience, having previously served as a senior leader at Wayfair, the US-based home décor giant, where he spent years working across category management, supply chain, and product development.

Abhik founded Trampoline in December 2023 alongside Anushka Mahanti and Varun Deo, with a shared ambition to democratise access to design-led home décor for independent retailers — the 70% of the global Home & Living market historically underserved by fragmented and opaque supply chains. The company launched in the UK in February 2024 and within months saw 1,500+ units ordered by British retailers, validating strong early demand.

In June 2024, Trampoline closed a $5 million seed round led by Matrix Partners India and WaterBridge Ventures, with an additional $2 million in venture debt from Alteria Capital. The company's tech-enabled platform combines data-driven catalogue curation, factory-level quality control, and flexible payment terms — tools previously accessible only to large retailers — to level the playing field for smaller independents sourcing from India.
