Baljit Rihal

Baljit Rihal is  the founder of Inventive Sports, The Asian Football Awards and The Asian Cricket Awards.

He pursued an MSc in Information Systems & Technology at City, University of London from 1997 to 1998.

In July 2007, he established Inventive Sports, where he served as the Founder, Sports Business Consultant, and FIFA Football Agent for both England and India.

Since 2010, he has also taken on the role of Founder for The Asian Football Awards.

Furthermore, in 2014, he became the Co-Founder of the Asian Cricket Awards.

In 2019, Baljit Rihal expanded his involvement in sports by becoming a Registered ECB Cricket Agent under Inventive Sports.

His continued be part of the  sports industry  to grow as he assumed the position of Head of Football Partnerships India (Advisory) at SportZchain in November 2021.
