Dipti Shah

Dipti Shah is a seasoned HR leader and board trustee with over two decades of experience across the private, public, and third sectors. Currently serving as Head of People at UNARIC, she is part of the senior leadership team at a global, VC-backed SaaS business focused on M&A and CRM app ecosystems. She also holds trustee roles at Mind—the UK’s largest mental health charity—and Dyslexia Sparks, where she contributes strategic direction and HR governance expertise.

Previously, Dipti served as Global Chief People Officer at TLC Worldwide, where she successfully led the HR function through a private equity sale and spearheaded initiatives to boost global engagement and leadership diversity. Her leadership extended across multiple regions including EMEA, APAC, and the Americas. She also co-founded TLC Rise, a global women’s empowerment programme. With a background spanning organisations such as NHS England, Affinity Water, Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity, and CARE International, Dipti brings a strong track record in organisational transformation, cultural integration, and strategic HR leadership.
