Ming Kong is co-founder and CEO of TG0, the London-based hardware technology company reimagining how humans interact with physical products through touch-sensitive and pressure-mapping interfaces. Of Chinese heritage, Ming studied at the Royal College of Art, where she was awarded the James Dyson Fellowship in 2015 and the Royal Academy of Engineering 1851 Royal Commission Enterprise Fellowship in 2016 — among the most prestigious early-career recognition available to UK innovators.

She co-founded TG0 in 2015 alongside Dr. Liucheng Guo, driven by a vision of eliminating the complex, expensive electronic components that make devices bulky and unsustainable. TG0's patented polymer-based technology transforms simple, recyclable materials into touch-sensitive, three-dimensional interfaces — enabling products to respond to touch, pressure, gesture, and vibration without traditional mechanical switches. The platform has applications across automotive interiors, consumer electronics, healthcare devices, and sports technology.

Under Ming's leadership, TG0 has partnered with enterprises including Novares, Zwift, and Italdesign, and secured backing from Amadeus Capital and the European Innovation Council. In 2024, TG0 raised £6.5 million across two rounds led by NetMind.AI and WP Health, positioning the company to expand its global team and accelerate product delivery across automotive and medtech customers.
