Robert Thong

Robert Thong is the Co-Founder and CEO of MultiOmic Health, a London-based AI-enabled drug discovery company tackling metabolic syndrome-related diseases. Of Southeast Asian heritage, Robert brings over 30 years of global biopharma and healthcare experience to his work, having engaged with more than 100 organisations across biopharma, medtech, and digital health.

Robert's career has spanned senior roles at Capgemini (global co-head of Life Sciences), Datamonitor (Managing Director, Healthcare Division), and COBA Consulting, as well as board positions at Alpharma Inc. He holds a degree from Imperial College London and an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management.

At MultiOmic Health, Robert leads the development of the proprietary MOHSAIC® platform, which combines multi-omics patient data, AI-driven systems biology modelling, and wet lab experimentation to discover next-generation precision medicines for conditions including chronic kidney disease, type 2 diabetes, and atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease. The company has raised over $8.7m in seed funding from investors including Hoxton Ventures, Ada Ventures, and MMC Ventures.
