Rupinder Kaur is the founder of Asian Women Mean Business, connects Asian Women and empowers, coaches and mentors them to live their most bold epic life.

She pursued her MSc in Human Resource Management and Business at Aston University from 2003 to 2005.

Following her academic journey, she joined Carillion as a Senior HR Advisor and later took on the role of Regional Head of HR, where she worked from December 2006 to August 2009.

After her tenure at Carillion, Rupinder transitioned to Unilever, where she served as a Global HR Business Partner from November 2015 to April 2017.

Following her stint at Unilever, she took on the role of Head of HR at Minority Rights Group International, beginning in January 2019 and continuing until February 2020.

In September 2018, Rupinder Kaur embarked on her entrepreneurial journey, founding Asian Women MEAN Business, a venture she continues to lead to this day.
