Simmy Dhilon is the Founder and CEO of Simmer.  Over the course of 6 years and 7 months, Simmer has been  providing balanced meals for balanced lives, catering to health-conscious, time-conscious, and taste-conscious individuals. The company's mission revolves around nourishing and delighting people through easily accessible and delicious everyday meals.

Simmy Dhilon's professional journey began as a Mathematics and Economics Tutor, operating as a self-employed individual for 2 years and 1 month from September 2014 to September 2016.

Following this, he embarked on a spring internship at Rothschild & Co, lasting for 1 month in April 2017 in London, United Kingdom.

Transitioning into the world of finance, he assumed the role of Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Rothschild & Co, where he spent 3 months in London, United Kingdom during June to August 2018.

He joined Google as an Associate Account Strategist and Incoming Associate Account Strategist, contributing for a total of 1 year and 11 months. His role also encompassed Business Intern responsibilities while located in Dublin, Leinster, Ireland.
