Suranga Chandratillake is a General Partner at Balderton Capital, the London-based pan-European venture capital firm where he has invested in early-stage technology companies across consumer, deep tech and AI since 2014.

Suranga is best known as the founder of Blinkx, the AI-powered video and audio search engine he started in Cambridge in 2004 after spinning it out of Autonomy Corporation, where he had served as US CTO.
