Varun Deo is co-founder and COO of Trampoline, the cross-border B2B home décor brand democratising access to Indian-manufactured products for independent global retailers. He brings deep supply chain and operations expertise from his tenure as a senior leader at Wayfair, the major US home décor marketplace, where he worked alongside co-founder Abhik Ghosh for several years.

Varun co-founded Trampoline in December 2023 with Abhik Ghosh and Anushka Mahanti, driven by a conviction that the $800 billion global Home & Living market could be transformed through technology-enabled quality control, efficient consolidation at source, and flexible fulfilment. He is obsessed with product quality and leads Trampoline's end-to-end supply chain, from factory audits and inspections in India to warehousing and fulfilment in the UK.

Under Varun's operational leadership, Trampoline has built a platform capable of offering independent retailers low or no minimum order quantities, favourable payment terms, and agile stock replenishment — tools previously available only to large retail chains. The company raised $5 million in seed funding in 2024 and is expanding its manufacturing supply chains across India and Southeast Asia.
