JKS Restaurants was founded in 2008 by siblings Jyotin, Karam and Sunaina Sethi and has become one of the UK's most decorated independent hospitality groups, holding multiple Michelin stars and Bib Gourmands across its London portfolio.

The group operates around 30 venues across London — including Gymkhana, Trishna, Kitchen Table, Sabor, Lyle's, BAO, Hoppers and Berenjak, plus pubs The Cadogan Arms and The George — and has expanded to the Middle East and, in late 2025, the United States with the Las Vegas opening of Gymkhana at ARIA. Adjacent businesses include retail line Gymkhana Fine Foods and the brands within Arcade Food Hall.
