Uhubs

Uhubs is a London-based sales enablement platform that helps revenue leaders identify and close capability gaps inside their sales teams. The product is aimed at CROs and Heads of Enablement at B2B SaaS and tech companies, and is built around the Uhubs Pulse — a 15-minute assessment that profiles each rep's competencies and combines them with CRM and manager observations to produce a unique skill profile.
The platform's core proposition is what the company calls 'Enablement as a Service': the software is bundled with structured training content and frameworks rather than sold as an empty platform that buyers have to populate themselves. Uhubs's clients include G2, GrantTree and Access Intelligence Group, and the company publishes an annual Sales Capability Index benchmarking sales execution quality across the industry.
Uhubs was founded in January 2019 by Ash Ali and Matt Milligan and is headquartered in Hackney, London. It has raised funding across SEIS, pre-seed and seed rounds from investors including Twinkl Hive and South East Angels.
