Wexler AI is a London-based legal technology company on a mission to help lawyers solve the world's most complex cases. Founded in 2023 by Gregory Mostyn and Kush Madlani after meeting at Entrepreneur First, the company recognised that fact-finding in litigation — the process of extracting, verifying, and cross-referencing the critical evidence buried in millions of documents — remained overwhelmingly manual, slow, and prone to error. Traditional eDiscovery tools organised documents but didn't actually surface the facts that determine case outcomes.

Wexler's AI-powered fact intelligence platform automates this process for legal, compliance, eDiscovery, tax, and forensics teams. Its core capability enables users to extract and analyse facts at scale, build verified chronologies, surface inconsistencies, and generate work product directly from case evidence. At the heart of the platform is KiM, an advanced AI agent that can draft court applications, flag red flags, and suggest follow-ups — functioning as an active case partner rather than a passive retrieval tool. A real-time fact-checking feature, Wexler Real-Time, flags inconsistent testimony live during depositions and hearings. The platform can process up to 500,000 documents per upload and supports multilingual deployments.

Wexler raised a $1.4 million pre-seed round in December 2024, followed by a $5.3 million seed round led by Pear VC in September 2025. Between the two rounds, the company grew ARR by 20x and expanded its client base to include global firms such as Clifford Chance, Burges Salmon, HSF Kramer, Goodwin Procter, and Addleshaw Goddard. The platform has processed over one million queries and achieved consistent month-on-month growth since its launch in April 2024.
