Daniel Qu

Daniel Qu is a British-Chinese entrepreneur and co-founder of Midnite, the London-based next-generation betting platform built for a new generation of fans. With a background in product and technology, Daniel developed his entrepreneurial instincts early, attending Yale University before returning to the UK to work in the gaming and sports technology space.
Prior to co-founding Midnite, Daniel partnered with Nick Wright to build Dribble, a daily fantasy sports platform developed in partnership with Sky Bet — experience that gave both founders deep insight into how a new generation of fans engage with sport. When they identified a gap in the market for a product-led, community-centric betting platform, they co-founded Midnite in 2018.
At Midnite, Daniel has helped shape a company that builds its entire sportsbook and casino platform in-house, enabling a genuinely differentiated product experience. The company has grown to over 150 employees, secured more than $75 million in equity funding from investors including The Raine Group, Discerning Capital, Play Ventures and Hedosophia, and is now pursuing tier-one operator status in the UK market.
