Karan Jain is the CEO of NayaOne, a London-based fintech platform that bridges the gap between global banks and technology innovators by providing a digital sandbox and fintech marketplace for financial institutions. Of South Asian heritage and a third-time entrepreneur, Karan brings a rare combination of institutional finance experience and start-up acumen to NayaOne, having previously founded and exited a B2B RegTech company and an Agile Delivery Consultancy with clients drawn from the ASX50.

Before joining NayaOne in October 2021, Karan served as Head of Technology for Europe and the Americas at Westpac Group, where he oversaw technology strategy, cybersecurity, and innovation across international operations. During his tenure, he founded Lab23, an innovation hub connecting startups and financial institutions across the UK, US, and Australia. He has served as a board member at UK Finance, representing over 250 firms on digital, technology, and cyber matters, and has mentored startups through the FinTech Innovation Lab London and CyLon. He is also a recognised UK Top 30 CIO and a contributor to regulatory working groups on digital transformation, AI, and fintech sandboxes.

NayaOne's platform provides financial institutions with a single point of access to hundreds of pre-vetted fintechs, proprietary and synthetic datasets, and experimentation environments — enabling proof-of-concept work in weeks rather than months. The company secured $4.7 million in funding, has been recognised as one of the UK's top 25 fastest-growing startups by Sifted, and operates digital sandboxes on behalf of regulators and government bodies including the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology.
