Santosh Reyes (Mahagaonkar)

Santosh Reyes (Mahagaonkar) is a co-founder of ZILO and the Founder and Managing Director of DLT Apps, the London-based financial technology firm that incubated ZILO. Of Indian heritage, Santosh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Gulbarga University and built a career spanning financial services technology at organisations including Lloyds Banking Group, Vodafone, Publicis Sapient, and Nationwide Building Society, developing deep expertise in enterprise architecture, solution design, and large-scale IT delivery.

Santosh co-founded ZILO in 2020 alongside Philip Goffin and Venkatesh Pulla, incubating the product through DLT Apps with the goal of transforming the global transfer agency market. As the technology and delivery engine behind ZILO's product build, Santosh played a central role in designing the cloud-native platform that enables custodian banks and asset managers to replace decades-old legacy record-keeping systems with a modern, scalable, AI-enhanced alternative. He was publicly recognised by ZILO at the time of its £25 million Series A fundraise in 2024, backed by Fidelity International Strategic Ventures, Portage, State Street, and Citi.

DLT Apps, which Santosh continues to lead, delivers financial platform engineering, proposition incubation, and emerging technology solutions across the UK financial services sector. The firm has launched additional products including Qkvin and TerraAi. Santosh is a frequent speaker at UK industry events and has participated in panels on digital transformation and financial services innovation at TISA and FinTech Connect.
