Venkatesh Pulla is a co-founder of ZILO and the Founder and President of DLT Apps, a London-based financial technology company specialising in blockchain architecture, microservices, and digital transformation for the financial services sector. Of Indian heritage, Venkatesh holds a degree from GPREC and has built a career spanning over two decades in financial services technology, with roles at HSBC, International Financial Data Services (IFDS), and FNZ, where he served as Chief Architect for Blockchain from 2017 to 2020.

Venkatesh co-founded ZILO in March 2020 alongside Philip Goffin and Santosh Reyes (Mahagaonkar), bringing deep technical expertise in blockchain architecture and financial platform infrastructure to the venture. As a technology co-founder, he was instrumental in shaping ZILO's cloud-native design principles and its ability to replace legacy transfer agency systems with a scalable, interoperable platform. He served as a co-founder until August 2023, during which time ZILO secured its landmark £25 million Series A, attracting backing from Fidelity International Strategic Ventures, Portage, State Street, and Citi.

Since returning full-time to DLT Apps, Venkatesh has led the firm's proposition incubation work, including additional fintech products Qkvin and TerraAi. He is a recognised thought leader in financial services digital transformation and has spoken at industry events including the UK TISA Annual Conference on the impact of digital transformation on economic growth. DLT Apps continues to serve as a bridge between traditional financial institutions and emerging technology, delivering engineering and platform services across the sector.
