Yusuf Jazakallah is the Co-Founder and Director of Recruitment SMART, the London-based AI recruitment technology company behind SniperAI, a machine learning platform for enterprise talent acquisition. He co-founded the business in 2015 alongside Pawan Lokwani, contributing 15 years of enterprise experience spanning product development, strategy, business development, and financial management at firms including Ernst and Young, American Express, Royal Bank of Scotland, Lloyds of London, Wipro, and TCS.

Jazakallah's background across financial services and global professional services organisations gave him deep familiarity with the operational complexity and compliance demands that large enterprises face in hiring at scale — a perspective that has been central to shaping Recruitment SMART's enterprise-grade product positioning.
