Yusuf Jazakallah is the Co-Founder and Director of Recruitment SMART, the London-based HR technology company behind SniperAI — an AI-powered CV screening and candidate matching platform serving enterprise recruitment teams across multiple industries globally. With fifteen years of experience at major institutions including Ernst & Young, American Express, Royal Bank of Scotland, Lloyds of London, Wipro, and TCS, Jazakallah brings a blend of enterprise product development, business strategy, and financial management expertise to the leadership of Recruitment SMART.

Before co-founding Recruitment SMART in 2015, Jazakallah developed his career across some of the most demanding financial services and professional services environments in the UK and internationally, building expertise in product development, go-to-market strategy, and corporate finance. At Recruitment SMART, he has been responsible for product development direction, strategic business development, and finance — playing a central role in shaping SniperAI's architecture and expanding the company's enterprise client base across sectors including beverages, telecoms, airlines, oil and gas, and retail.

Recruitment SMART's SniperAI platform uses machine learning and natural language processing to analyse CVs against job specifications at scale, producing ranked and annotated candidate shortlists that reduce initial screening time dramatically while delivering measurable improvements in candidate diversity. The company has raised funding from Future Fund and Blackfinch, and has expanded its product range to include SourcieAI, a sourcing intelligence platform giving recruiters access to over 500 million candidate profiles across more than 20 platforms globally.
